Position: Reporting Analyst
Full-Time
Summary: Design, develop and support end-user and client reporting solutions; produce ad-hoc data queries; perform data analysis as assigned using various tools including but not limited to Excel and Access. Financial reporting reconciliation activities related to CampusDoor's standard disbursement processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with management, end-users and clients to identify and develop reporting solutions.
  • Partners with end-users to develop requirements for reporting, including translating non-technical requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develops both ad-hoc and standard reporting solutions (including validation) using appropriate tools.
  • Develops graphical representations and detail level reports.
  • Assists in defining steps and estimating effort appropriate for development and implementation of reporting solutions.
  • Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of CampusDoor and industry business practices.
  • Assists in training end-users on reporting solutions.
  • Writes supporting report documentation and business requirements for IT coded solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to analyze end-user requests and transform them into appropriate reports, business requirement requests and data extracts.
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work with end-users and clients from different areas in the business including executive staff.
  • Ability to visualize, analyze and draw conclusions from data; statistical background a plus.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff members and clients.
  • Must possess good organization skills, attention to detail, high motivation, strong communication skills and self-starter qualities.
  • Strong mathematical skills are required and some familiarity with financial reports is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of relational database and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
  • Microsoft Excel experience required, MS Access experience is a plus.
  • Experience using MS SQL Reporting Server or other reporting tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position: Customer Experience Representative
Summary: The Customer Experience Representative will review and answer customer requests via telephone calls, e-mail, fax and mail. Assist, problem solve and resolve customer issues. This position requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment and diplomatically deal with difficult situations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Responsible for handling inbound telephone calls for customers including, but not limited to: loan applications, website questions, school information, disbursements, loan fees and rates.
  • Respond to incoming e-mails, faxes and mail.
  • Submit loan applications on behalf of borrowers.
  • Process a variety of loan documentation.
  • Make outbound calls.
Qualifications:
  • High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • One to two years call center experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to effectively interact with customers and various departments within the organization.
  • Working experience with computers, Internet and MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • The ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude, while managing multiple tasks.
  • Experience in student lending is a plus.
